Heat Pump Valve

As the parts of the auto AC system, the heat pump valve body and its components are installed at the inlet of the automobile evaporator and mainly play the role of throttling. After the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through the throttle hole of the valve body, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure mist like hydraulic refrigerant, creating conditions for the evaporation of refrigerant and controlling the flow of refrigerant at the same time. The opening degree of the heat pump valve is controlled by the superheat of gaseous refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator, so it is widely used in non-full liquid evaporator. It is widely used in the auto AC system and has a good market. PXI participated in the development of the valve body parts of this system. It is required that the spatial layout of the heat pump valve body should be very compact, and the requirements for the assembly accuracy are very high. PXI is capable of designing and manufacturing the valve body structure and its valve body parts that meet the requirements.

Warm Forging And Extrusion

Extrusion is a process that forces the metal block to produce plastic flow and manufactures hollow parts or parts with a cross-section smaller than that of the blank through the gap between the punch and the die or the outlet of the die. It is called warm extrusion that the blank is heated to a temperature below the recrystallization temperature for extrusion. Warm extrusion also features the advantage of few chips. In particular, materials that are difficult to machine at room temperature may become machinable or easy to machine during warm extrusion, such as stainless steel with precipitation hardening phase, high-carbon steel, some steels with a high chromium content, high-temperature alloys, etc. Warm extrusion is not only applied for materials that feature high deformation resistance and are hard to machine, i.e., low-carbon steel suitable for cold extrusion, but also suitable for warm extrusion objects, because extrusion facilitates organization of continuous production. Warm extrusion is applicable to great deformation, which can reduce the number of processes.

Cooler Base Plate

The cooler base plate and its parts are components of the engine oil cooler of the automatic transmission of automobiles. The cooler in the automatic transmission is used to prevent performance degradation of the transmission and even damage to the transmission caused by the overheat engine oil. There are two types of engine oil coolers of the transmission: air cooler and water cooler. PXI mainly engages in research and development of the water cooler base plate and its parts. This project has high requirements for the tolerance of the plane dimensions. With rich experience and machining capability, PXI can design and manufacture high-precision cooler base plate and its parts in batches to meet spatial and functional requirements of assembly parts.

Liquid Storage Tank

Because AC running of automobiles will generate a lot of heat, then in order to ensure the driving comfort and maintain the stable operation, the radiator assembly plays a key role in timely dissipating heat and guaranteeing that the temperature of the auto AC system is within the working temperature scope. As the competition in the automotive industry becomes more fierce, all OEMs are pursuing modular and lightweight production and cost reduction of the auto design and manufacturing through modular application. While developing the liquid storage tube in the radiator assembly, PXI requires compact spatial layout, pursues lightweight production and puts forward high design requirements.

Piping System

Like the nerve bundles and respiratory tract in the human body, automotive piping products play a key role in various automotive systems. This is mainly reflected in its safe, energy-saving and environment-friendly delivery of gas, liquid and other working media for various automotive systems. Piping usually refers to the pipes that transmits the fluid in the hydraulic system. Compared with pipes, piping is a reasonably arranged pipeline system. Since the assemblies of the auto AC system are distributed in different parts of the vehicles, the auto AC piping is like the blood vessel in human body, connecting such scattered parts to make a complete set of auto AC system work in an orderly manner. Automobile AC management is usually composed of aluminum pipes and other piping accessories. PXI researches and develops the processing technology of the automatic production lines of aluminum pipes and the machining technology of flange parts to form the parts in piping. Aluminum pipes and flanges are connected by brazing, which is characterized by good sealing and mature technology. PXI uses non-standard automatic welding equipment and helium to detect the airtightness, which can improve the welding quality and greatly improve the welding production efficiency, and effectively detect the leakage, so as to achieve high-quality and efficient welding operations.

Transmission System Parts

Among transmission system parts, the throttle body is a valve that controls the quantity of air inhaled by the engine. It is a circular steel disc with a central axis. It connects to the throttle stay wire and is controlled by the throttle stay wire. The throttle body is one device on the engine air intake system. PXI participates in development and trial production of one type of electronic throttle part that is a throttle part of the auto engine air intake system. It includes the throttle body, throttle valve plate, throttle shaft, DC motor, gear reduction mechanism. Its signal is output to the throttle position sensor of the SCM. It also has a torsion spring. One end of the torsion spring is fixed onto the throttle body, and the other end is fixed onto the gear of throttle shaft; It also has an idle speed adjusting device: the outer adjusting screw is screwed on the throttle body, the inner adjusting screw is screwed on the inner cavity of the outer adjusting screw, the ejector rod is placed in the inner cavity of the outer adjusting screw, and there is a shoulder on it. The outer end of the ejector rod in front of the shoulder protrudes from the opening of the outer adjusting screw, and the spring is pressed between the ejector rod shoulder and the inner adjusting screw; The outer end of the ejector rod is against the gear of the throttle shaft, so that the throttle disc is in a slight intermittent position when there is no motor drive. The high and low idle positions of the invention are adjustable, and the air intake of the engine is accurately controlled under the idle condition, while reducing the manufacturing accuracy.

Safety System Assembly

In the safety system assembly, the auto braking system refers to a series of special devices that exert a certain force on some parts of the automobile (mainly wheels), so as to brake it forcibly to a certain extent. The braking system is used to forcibly decelerate and even stop the running automobile according to the requirement of the driver; make the stopped car park stably under various road conditions (including on the ramp); keep the speed of cars traveling downhill stable. At present, a T1 foreign-invested auto suppliers in China is designing a braking system for a new project. PXI participates in the production and assembly of the brake pad gap adjusting clutch. We possesses the assembly experience in some aspects in this project, so our experience and processing capabilities can be utilized to design and manufacture an assembly line that can meet requirements. PXI makes use of various automatic devices to form an automatic assembly line, such as electric device, pneumatic device, sensor, riveting machine, testing machine, coding machine, etc. Compared with the traditional manual assembly, this assembly line is stable, enhances the product quality, improves the working conditions, reduces the land area for production, decreases the production cost, shortens the production cycle and guarantees the production equalization.

Radiator Main Plate

The auto radiator is a critical part which keeps the thermal equilibration of the auto engine. During working of the engine, the average combustion temperature will be above l,000℃. To maintain the normal lubrication of the engine and the mechanical performance of the material, it is necessary to properly cool the engine. Excessive cooling will cause the waste of the combustion heat, increase the wear of the cylinder, and shorten the service life, so a cooling system needs to be established to make the temperature of the engine stay within a proper temperature range under all the working conditions. Since the specific heat capacity of water is greater than that of air, most engines adopt water cooling, that is, a water pump is used to drive the coolant to circulate in the engine to realize heat exchange in the radiator.

Lamp System Parts

The use of the auto lights is directly related to the driving safety. The correct use of auto lights cannot only protect their own safety, but also create an orderly traffic environment. PXI participates in R&D of process for trial production and processing. It is required that the precision of the reflector in the lamp system should be high. Its surface is like a mirror. It plays a spotlight role in the auto light, just like the working principle of the table lamp shade. The reflector can gather the non-directional light, making the light stronger, but it will not be dazzling, and it can be easily recognized by the opposite party when cars meet.
