Senior Management Delegation from Zhejiang Sanhua Automotive Components Co. Ltd Visits PXI Mexico for Strategic collaboration

Recently, the Director of the Purchasing Center of Zhejiang Sanhua Automotive Components Co.Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as Sanhua Automotive), one of the world’s top 100 automotive component companies, led a purchasing team to PXI Mexico for an in-depth site visit. The purpose of this visit was to evaluate PXI Mexico’s manufacturing capabilities, deepen strategic cooperation between the two parties in key parts of automotive thermal management and explore new opportunities for joint development.

The high-level delegation was led by the Purchasing Center Director of Sanhua Automotive, and included China Purchasing team, as well as core members of Sanhua Automotive Mexico’s purchasing team. PXI Mexico’s executive team accompanied the visitors throughout the visit, and the two sides held in-depth discussions on topics including R&D, production, and supply chain coordination.

Accompanied by PXI Mexico executives, the Sanhua Automotive delegation conducted a detailed on-site visit at PXI Mexico’s core production areas:

The delegation visited PXI Mexico’s advanced tube bending production line and highly praised PXI Mexico’s expertise and efficiency in complex tube forming, precision control, and automation.

In the machining workshop, the visitors focused on precision parts processing segment. They fully acknowledged PXI Mexico’s advanced manufacturing processes, strict quality control system, and flexible production capabilities.

In the Aluminum casting area, the delegation gained detailed insights in the performance of gravity casting equipment as well as the manufacturing conditions of mold workshop. They had in-depth discussions with PXI Mexico’s technical personnel about the post-processing workflow and expressed strong appreciation for PXI Mexico’s technical expertise and large-scale production capacity in complex castings.

Both parties agreed that, leveraging their deep expertise and highly complementary strengths in the thermal management sector, Sanhua Automotive and PXI Mexico’s see vast potential for cooperation. This senior-level exchange not only strengthened mutual trust but also reaffirmed the shared commitment to deepening strategic cooperation and jointly expanding global markets.
